1. Google Docs is a great program for teachers to share lesson plans and ideas. Also teachers that are team teaching will be able to design lesson plans together without having a meeting.
2. If there is an older teacher and a younger teacher working together on an assignment the older teacher is at a disadvantage because they have little experiance using a computer.
3. Have a workshop to deminstrate this new teachnology and how they can use it. Give the teachers time to play with the program and have a small assignment for the teachers to do together. After completing the short assignment the teachers should feel more comfortable and confident using this program.
4. Have a basic understanding of the program and how it works. By having a workshop teachers will be able to see how they can use this technology to their advantage.
